  2. Purpose and legal basis of processing
    Your personal data (email address, first and last name) will be used, subject to your explicit consent, to send you by email the periodic newsletter and promotional communications of your interest relating to the activities proposed by our Association. Processing will be carried out only following explicit consent given on this page.
    Please note that the consent given can be revoked at any time by clicking on the link in each email sent.

  3. Recipients and transfers outside the European Union
    Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or resold for any reason. The electronic archive relating to promotional communications is kept on Italian territory and consequently no transfer of personal data outside Italy takes place.

  4. Retention period
    The personal data collected for the purpose of this information notice shall be kept until the revocation of the consent referred to in point 2, unless same personal data are subject of other processing by the same Data Controller. In any case upon withdrawal of consent, the data will no longer be processed for the purpose described in point 2.

    iii. obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data; b) the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected;
    iv. to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated calling systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail. It should be noted that the data subject’s right to object, as set out in point b) above mentioned, for direct marketing purposes by means of automated methods extends to traditional ones and that, in any event, the data subject’s right to exercise opposition even partially remains unaffected.
